A rental appraisal is an opinion of likely market rent on the day it is given, based on comparable properties. It is not a valuation and it is not a guarantee of what a property will achieve.
The enquiry, appraisal and maintenance forms are for genuine enquiries about property we manage or may manage. Please do not use them to send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, or to send bulk or automated messages.
Submitting a form does not create a management agreement or a tenancy, and it is not a substitute for calling us about an urgent maintenance problem.
