Find out what your property could rent for in Hamilton, Cambridge, Morrinsville or Te Awamutu. A local property manager looks at the property, talks through what it would let for and what would lift it, and gives you our fees in writing. There is no obligation to sign anything.

Fill in the form and we will get back to you to arrange a time, or call the office on 07 839 2222.

Before you book

Is the appraisal really free?

Yes. The appraisal costs nothing and there is no obligation to sign anything afterwards. You get our assessment of what the property would rent for, and our fees in writing, whether or not you go ahead with us.

What happens at the appraisal?

We always try to meet you at the property. Where that is not practical, for example if you live out of town, or the property is still tenanted or managed by another company, we can still complete the appraisal without a visit. We go through recent comparable rentals nearby, talk through what the property would let for and what would lift it, and leave you with an honest rent figure and our fees in writing.

Am I locked into anything if I go ahead?

Not by the appraisal itself. If you do decide to go ahead, our management agreement runs for 12 months, and we walk you through it properly before anything is signed.

How long do properties usually take to rent?

Our average is 9.5 days to let. It is worth weighing that against the fee when you compare managers, because a property sitting empty for a few weeks costs more in lost rent than a year of the difference between two management fees.

Which areas do you cover?

Hamilton, Cambridge, Morrinsville and Te Awamutu, plus the surrounding Waikato and Matamata-Piako districts. If you are not sure whether your property is in our patch, give the office a call and ask.
