Finding the right tenant starts with the viewing. Prospective tenants view the property before applying, so they know it is the right fit for them. From there, applications are carefully reviewed, including identity, income, rental history, references and credit checks.
We assess the complete application rather than simply accepting the first one through the door, then present you with the strongest applicants and our recommendation. The final decision is always yours.
We keep a close eye on your property throughout the tenancy. Rent is monitored and any arrears are followed up promptly, while regular routine inspections give you a clear picture of how your property is being cared for, with detailed reports and photos.
When maintenance is needed, we coordinate trusted local trades and keep you informed, working within an agreed approval limit so smaller jobs can be dealt with quickly without unnecessary delays.
